Why become a beekeeper?

There are so many good reasons to become a beekeeper. Aside from the fact it’s so fascinating and rewarding, it’s also a very important role within our immediate ecosystem. Did you know that one in every three mouthfuls of our food is down to bee pollination? We’re doing our bit to save bees by sharing our experiences and knowledge with others – Beekeeping is a pastime all ages can enjoy, our eldest son had his first bee-suit when he turned five!
